Yes To Spirituality was started as a spiritual movement. Yes to Spirituality (Y2S) is a community focused on spirituality and yoga. It was founded with the aim to urge people to realize their true potential and essence, thereby building a better society. It is a non religious, philosophical and science centered movement to encourage people to experience spirituality and adopt spiritual values such as love, respect, truth, kindness, compassion and peace. It aims at building a better society by allowing individuals to find the goodness within them, and thereby building a better society and a better world.
