Notification Access (retrieve track information)

Accessibility Access (avoid disruptive notifications)

Permissions:

INTERNET - needed for in app purchase

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - needed for in app purchase

BILLING - needed for "Donate" in app purchase

WAKE_LOCK - required in order to wake device when headset plugged in

MEDIA_CONTENT_CONTROL - needed on some older devices to control playback

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - required to access music artwork on device

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED - needed to register for music changes and start headset service

SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW - needed to show notification over statusbar
