Vishaka is a platform which simplifies the “Sexual Harassment of women at workplace Act 2013” and converts theory to execution. Inspired by the Digital India movement, Vishaka is one digital solution for employers, employees & districts to be harnessed for effective compliance and creating safe workplaces for women. Vishaka simplifies the law for the employer by ICC formation, enabling time boxed resolution of complaints, training and annual report filing to district etc.
