This application allows you to calculate custom duties of vehicle when importing to Ukraine for individuals.

It's relevant to the laws published on 25-NOV-2018 (aka #8487 / #8488), also you could see how the custom duties has been changed.

The calculator has two modes. In the first (forward calculation), you can find out the cost of customs clearance of a particular vehicle by it parameters. In the second (backward calculation) you can estimate the maximum purchase price of the vehicle overseas, by defining target cist in Ukraine. All calculations are carried out in euros.

The application is designed for a rough estimate of the costs of customs clearance of the car. Results can be rounded in one direction or another. In general, computational error does not exceed a few euros. Please note that the basic vehicle price is determined by means of catalogs Schwackeliste, so it may differ significantly from the actual purchase price. Also, some commodity codes calculation is simplified to facilitate use of the program.

The calculation is performed on the basis of the legislation of Ukraine, valid on 01.01.2016. Also, there is a possibility to check how the final cost in Ukraine will be changed if regulatory act #3251 voted positive (for used passenger cars only).
