TouchPoint Helpdesk offers our customers to create the tickets instantly.

TouchPoint Helpdesk offers our customers to create the tickets instantly in-case of any issues or queries in the TouchPoint Gate Management System. Those created tickets will be sent as an email to the TouchPoint Support Team and also shown in our Ticketing System tool.

Registration:

Users have to register their information and wait for the TouchPoint Support team approval to create tickets. Approval will be notified by an email.
