The Female Health Practitioner is a private women’s health, massage and wellbeing practice based in Lincoln, and we now are also offering online services. As a specialist women’s health soft tissue therapist and Holistic Core Restore® coach I provide treatment, advice, support and classes for women during their life span and the changes that brings. I am extremely passionate about empowering and helping you on your journey with getting your physical and emotional wellbeing back in harmony during pregnancy, postnatally and peri to post menopause. I help women with a wide range of issues including back pain, pelvic pain, incontinence (leaky bladder), prolapse diastasis recti (tummy gap) and post operative recovery. I offer a confidential specialist service to women of all ages providing the compassion and understanding required to deal with these sensitive issues. I treat with a holistic approach taking into account your lifestyle, emotional issues as well as your physical symptoms. The mind and body are very closely linked and exploring and considering all these factors are key to recovery and restoring well-being. I will also refer to GPs, consultants and other health and fitness professionals when necessary to ensure you receive the optimum care needed.
