Application developed to help the recovery of missing people in mountains.
This application was developed to help the recovery of missing people in mountains (caught up in an avalanche or unconscious in a forest). It's not designed to replace in any way avalanche beacon (ARVA), probe and shovel but to add a new one, thus increasing the chances of discovery.
For basic operation of the application it does not require an Internet connection (only for the use of the map), instead is required Wi-Fi and GPS.
The application works without any direct connection with other devices.
"SOS Mountain" can also be useful to find a lost phone without the use of mobile data.
