SHIFT Cycling + Strength started with a vision to create workout experiences that are accessible yet challenging to everyone, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. We set out to create an inspirational and motivational experience focused on a greater connection between mind and body. By exchanging the traditional health club for a small group training format for functional training, we’ve built a confidence boosting, judgment-free, no-nonsense environment for effective workouts.
