Sadhna Yoga Samiti is the yogic system developed and employed by Mr. N.C. Pandey ( Swami Ji ). It combines Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar styles of yoga and is practiced without the use of props. “Dea” is Sanskrit for “light”. The philosophy of the Sadhna Yoga Samiti system is to activate each practitioner’s inner light and enable him/her to lead life mindfully.

With different programs in Delhi, Sadhna Yoga Samiti offers intelligent yoga classes for all levels along with a variety of workshops, philosophy, Pranayama, meditation sessions and teacher training.
