Added the ability to take local snapshots of the video.
Added separate default settings for each of the connection types.
Removed the settings associated with networks.
Removed the position and color settings for the camera name.
Tweaked the main colors to get better contrast.

The video controls now fade in and out with the status and navigation bars.
