Landlord captures property portfolio details including GPS coordinates and photos. Same can be advertised on the Rent-A-Lot Facebook page by the press of a button. In addition the Landlord can scan details pertaining to nearby rental properties, to obtain market information and make strategic decisions.

The Tenant captures personal details, reference point coordinates and a radius (in Km) within which same wants to be informed of available and relevant rental properties (i.e. commercial, residential, etc.). A list of available properties are displayed, which can be viewed in detail.

If interested, the Tenant requests the exchange of contact details with the Landlord, which may include an offer price. After having reviewed the Tenant's profile (as well as the offer) the Landlord may chose to exchange such contact information.
