Relax Eyes 20 20 20 is an Android application that is designed to aid you in following the 20-20-20 rule to give your eyes a break.

The 20-20-20 Rule states that "Every 20 minutes, take your eyes off your computer and look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds."

Instructions

1. Tap on the Screen.

2. This will bring up 2 options : Start and Stop.

3. The Stop is disabled in the beginning. Just click on Start.

4. This will start the process of reminding you every 20 minutes via a Beep. The Beep is a reminder to relax your eyes.

5. Any time you wish to stop the reminders, you can click on Stop.
