Welcome to the wonderful world of POPCYCLE - a music-centric, full body, high-energy cycling studio located in Ashburn, VA. Every POPCYCLE ride is heavily influenced by the music and led by the region’s best cycle instructors, providing a highly motivating experience, leaving you dripping sweat and Riding Happy! Entering POPCYCLE is like experiencing your favorite dance club on a bike. We believe that when you love your workout, your mind goes to a place of escape, leaving you feeling mentally strong. Once you are mentally strong, the physical benefits naturally follow. Our community extends "Beyond the Bike" and are all in stages of our personal fitness journey.

A POPCYCLE workout is a low impact, yet intense cardiovascular experience. All rides utilize high intensity interval training (HIIT), a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

POPCYCLE houses 25 state-of-the-art Schwinn Carbon Blue stationary bikes. Each bike is equipped with an MPower Echelon2 Console that will provide rider data such as Power/Watts, RPM, distance, calories burned and heart rate. Sounds like a lot? Don't worry your instructor will explain it all at your first ride. But we never get lost in the data or compete against each other. The the main goal of every ride is to leave POPCYCLE feeling wonderful and proud of yourself!
