News portals in the current era are full of information which might not be of interest for all of its users. In an era of such huge information floating on news portals, it is really difficult for someone to find the personalized news for any given interest from all the news portals at one place.

PINAK will be a personalized news aggregation

technology which will assist the users to define the keywords of interest for which a

particular user is interested in and based on which the news will be shown for those defined particular tags on a dedicated news panel.

PINAK will consider the semantically similar keywords as well while performing news search. Apart from that PINAK will transliterate and translate given English keywords in regional languages simultaneously and will also perform the search on all the predefined news portals in real time and populate it on the PINAK publishing platform with the relevant news. All these news updates will happen in real time aggregated from different news sources predefined by Police.
