District Administration Bandipora has initiated a unique IT-based initiative for promptness in service delivery and minimising delays. Department of Revenue is a key organisation for Disaster Management, Relief, Law & Order and other inter-departmental activities.

Motto

To provide a transparent, prompt, effective and time-bound service delivery mechanism for public betterment and reducing the public-offices physical interface.

Mandate

The initiate will cover a host of activities:-

1. Immediate relief assessment and compensation in case of damages to private property

2. Coordination with Executing Agencies in case of any natural disaster like landslides, avalanche, fire case etc or snapped delivery of essential services

3. Prompt service delivery

4. Public grievance redressal

5. Publice Service Guarantee Act
