Orel Corporation involves in lighting, electrical and electronic appliances all over the world. The company has taken another digital step to activate the product warranties via using a mobile application. Orel Warranty application will be given to our trusted dealer and outlet network to activate product warranty in a digital way.

Once dealers are get registered with the application by providing outlet name, address, and geolocation. Once the item barcode or QR code scanned and added to the list dealers can activate the warranty with or without adding customer information. We take customer's Firstname, Lastname, mobile number, and Sri Lanka national identity card number as mandatory data when taking customer information.

Customer email is optional information.

Customers will be getting an OTP when customer information added and once the product warranty is activated customer will be notified through a SMS.

We also provide a warranty claiming facility through the application. We provide dealers to select whether they are going to add replacement request or service centre repair through the application. If replacement is selected once the request is approved from the back office dealer can replace a new item. When a service centre request is made a ticket will be open and the service centre will be responded to the ticket and the dealer and customer will be notified once the repair is done via making a call.
