The My World App empowers young people to communicate their support needs across a number of life domains, and also express their life goals for the future.

This intuitive and easy to use app can be a great NDIS support planning tool, but can be used for so much more. Once all areas within the app have been completed by the young person, with a click of a button a summary report is emailed, compiling all the responses that were entered into the app, into an easy to read report.

These responses can be used in a care team setting, or just within a family, giving young people a voice, and more choice, in the nature and number of supports they receive.
