This update addresses issues users have had with subscriptions.

- Fixed
Crashes/unexpected behavior when purchasing a subscription for the first time
Articles with missing content will now be marked in the UI

- New Features
Added a button in the Subscribe page to contact developers about subscription issues
Articles with missing content in the file system can
be downloaded individually when trying to open them
Users can manually download an article by long pressing it in the list.
