This app is based on a method of meditation prevalent in ancient Buddhism.
Using Meditation Tracker, classify your thoughts into Negative or Positive and soon you'll see that you get more and more positive thoughts and the negative thought counter decreases. This is a minimal app to help you keep it simple ;)
