- Assist your company in formulating business plans and business development strategies;

- Select professionals to provide services and advice to your company

- Liaise with professionals to explain your company-related needs and requirements;

- coordinating the provision of services to your company by professionals; and

- To assist professionals to understand the business, operation and management of your company, and to provide such services to professionals as necessary under your company's instructions and requests;

- Provide the above consulting services or advice to your company's business and operations outside Hong Kong;

- and we expect to continue to independently assist the Company and its subsidiaries and their respective connected persons (officers, employees, consultants, agents, contractors and/or subcontractors) until the completion of the Proposed Listing.
