So, this modification lets you to live in the modern new mansion, with a lot of romms and creatures.

There are no mainland to be seen anywhere close which makes the island a luxurious and exotic location to retire to when you are tired of mining and crafting and just want to chill out for some time. The house consists of two floors with multiple bedrooms, one bathroom and a large room to just hangout.
