Transform your body in 12 weeks, without equipment or wild diets
The core of Fit with Dario is the Transformation program in 12 weeks, designed to get the best physical shape of your life in just 12 weeks, without any equipment or impossible diets. This consists of daily sessions of lifting the body weight between 25 & 50 minutes, exercises that can be carried out anywhere and at any time. Each session has a description of the exercises, a chronometer with sound, calorie counter and music. In case the connection is weak, you can also download a PDF file with the descriptions. Along with this training program, you will follow a nutritional calendar with standard diets, vegetarian or vegan. The combination of these two elements will not only give you a new and healthy appearance, but will improve your confidence and your health.
Enter the 'Virtual Gym' for a real gym experience
365 days with 365 different exercise plans. You will hold four rotating ground exercise lessons in TRX, along with Yoga and Pilates. If you need equipment for your exercises, you can get it in Decathlon. Each lesson has a real coach with descriptions of the exercises, music, timer and calorie counter. For exercises that are based solely on lifting your own weight, all the necessary equipment can be found in Decathlon at affordable prices.

There is a lot of free content for easy weight loss and home workout within the Fit with Dario app (FWD), divided into two main sections: one dedicated to food and the other to exercise. The food section offers free recipes (vegan, paleo, vegetarian, low in carbohydrates, gluten free, etc.) and free weekly diets (mediterranean, keto, paleo, vegan and vegetarian); while the section of exercises, known as 'Academy', shows you how to carry out these exercises, as well as the usual mistakes to avoid. In other words, FWD offers everything for free so some personal trainers would charge you hundreds of euros.
