Standardized Multimedia Guide Application for Exhibitions

The GuideNow application is a special component of a multimedia guide service system. With this application, a visitor can easily and instantly get a guide for an exhibition without queuing where the service is available. The advantage of the application is that anybody can download it for free on its own mobile device, so anybody can connect anytime to the service.

Users don't need to adapt the museum's different special devices and systems anymore. They can use their own devices, so the experience could be more personal.
