Greenscapes, in association with Salads and Co, is a startup established amidst lockdown, with a mission to provide freshly grown vegetable salads to people, especially our front-line workers like medical staff and supporting businesses.

We, Mr. Adarsh Baheti (Founder of Greenscapes, BE Information Technology from Mumbai University) and Ms. Meera Panakkal (Co-Founder of Greenscapes, M.Sc Biotech from Nanded University and freelancing Agronomist), wanted to contribute in advancing the current landscape of agriculture. With similar goals and aspirations, we embarked on this journey together.

While the Covid crisis continues to be on the rise, we firmly believe that as individuals and businesses we have to commit to a better tomorrow. During such testing times, we wanted to help in any way possible. It was important to keep our people, our front-line workers like doctors, and essential services workers healthy and safe. Hence, we ventured Salads and Co. where we provide doorstep delivery of not just the veggies, but also healthy, ready to eat Salad meals. We started with a client group of 3 doctors, and now have a clan 100 odd active subscribers in Aurangabad city, which include doctors, hospital admins and many other supporting businesses. We take pride in their success and want to extend continuous support to the society.
