The Foran dal Mus geological path was designed to offer the Park visitor the possibility of fully grasping one of the most peculiar and evocative aspects of the protected area: the extraordinary geological phenomena of the highest part of the Canin massif, walking above the longest cave in Italy.

These areas, dear to mountaineers and speleologists, contain the charm of the stone carved by the water that designs the surfaces and then descends into the deepest bowels of the mountain, into the homes of the spirits and fantastic beings that populate the legends of these territories . And who have as extraordinary companions the flowers and animals that a careful eye can find in the immense rock garden.

The project wants the visitor to consciously pass through unaltered places and be encouraged not to leave permanent traces of his passage.

No arrows, no tables, just a few metal plates with QR Codes and above all new technology made available to those who want to know and understand while respecting the land they walk on. So here, together with the paper guide, is a handy app that illustrates everything, or almost all, of what the route can offer. And the things are many, the secrets to discover even more.

The Park is therefore enriched with a new proposal, created without impacts, in one of its parts most full of natural and spiritual contents, showing everyone a new way of operating and an ancient respect for the soul of places.
