Da'wah is a method or process for conveying an appeal to other people to fulfill the invitation or appeal conveyed.

In Islam, da'wah is carried out to introduce religion which is human nature, namely Islam, so that every human being is willing to return to his nature, as taught by the Prophet Muhammad SAW through his way of conveying the message of Islam which is Rahmat lil Alamin. Da'wah from time to time continues to be preserved by Muslims, especially ulama, but some people have an incorrect understanding of preaching, they preach based on their point of view, giving rise to misunderstandings and divisions.

In this case, the ulama are trying to straighten out the method of preaching in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet, as was done by Habib Abdullah bin Alawy Al Haddad la Hadramy asy Syafi'I through his book Dakwatut Tammah wa Tadzkir al 'Ammah.

The book Dakwatut Tammah contains a discussion of da'wah in accordance with the guidance of Rosulullah SAW. Musonnif discusses in full all the important things in da'wah such as the purpose of da'wah, the virtues of da'wah, the obligations of da'wah and so on.

In general, the book is 303 pages thick with 8 chapters written in the term Ash Shonfu. This book is suitable for reading by all Muslims, especially religious leaders, so that they can understand the virtues of preaching. May we all always be protected by His grace, Aamiin.

1. Pious people such as Ulama, Asatidz and teachers

2. The Abids are like Sufis, Zuhud experts and Musafirs

3. Officials such as the President, King, Ministers, Council Members and Civil Servants

4. Workers, such as entrepreneurs and company employees

5. The weak such as the poor, slave laborers, travelers and beggars

6. Followers, namely those who follow their parents or husband

7. The confused, namely ordinary people who are obedient but still commit sins

8. The losers, namely those who have not fulfilled the invitation of Islam
