Calculates the creatinine clearance using to the Cockcroft-Gault equation

This app calculates the creatinine clearance with a fast and easy to use interface. Both the original Cockcroft Gault and the "adjusted for BMI" versions are shown. The height value is not necessary for the original equation and can be left blank if you only need to have the value calculated by the original formula. You are able to change units of measure. kg or lb for weight, mg/dL or mcmol/L for serum creatinine and cm or inches for height. The choosen units of measure will be remembered for the next time you use the app. The app has its own custom keyboard, so you can start typing the age immediately after the app starts. No need to press any "calculate" buttons, the values are calculated real-time as you type. Just tap the desired inputfield and start typing.
