Job Acceptance and Scheduling

Once workers log into the application, they can browse through the list of available jobs assigned by the administrator. The worker can choose to accept or decline a job. If the worker accepts a job, the system automatically updates their schedule according to the duration of the task. This ensures that the worker’s time management is aligned with the job requirements.

In case a worker is no longer available to perform a job, they have the option to cancel it, ensuring the system remains flexible and adaptive to real-time changes. This feature is especially useful when workers face unexpected situations that may prevent them from fulfilling their scheduled work.

Upon accepting a job, the worker begins the task and starts working based on the predefined time schedule. The job status changes from “In Progress” to “Completed,” and it is moved to the “Completed Jobs” section of the worker’s profile. Once a job is marked as complete, it is no longer listed under active jobs and can be accessed through a separate section where completed jobs are stored. This feature provides an organized view of the worker’s past work, allowing them to refer to or report on completed tasks as needed.
