OUR MISSION

At TRIBE, we believe in making exercise a part of your everyday – being persistent and consistent in your work-out routines and having fun with it! Our effective and efficient, pay-as-you-train classes at our centrally located studio are designed to complement your busy lifestyle whilst keeping you fit, looking and feeling good.

OUR CLASSES

Our classes are designed to complement each other and help you achieve results. Whilst a fulfilling workout is at the heart of our studio, the music is at the soul. All our classes are conducted to a specifically designed, tempo driven playlist by our highly motivating energetic instructors.

CYCLE

High intensity, beat driven, cardio workout on a bike in our fully decked cycle studio, specifically designed to burn and strengthen your body, while shredding up to 800 calories/hour.

BARRE

High reps and focused movements utilizing the ballet barre as well as bodyweight to tone and sculpt defining muscles and improving balance.

YOGA FLOW

Our Yoga Flow class is fast-flowing, calm and designed to stretch, lengthen and centre. The practice targets primary muscle group and increases flexibility.

THEMED CLASSES

We implement TRIBE signature themed classes for all our disciplines. Look out for weekly themes and book a spot before it’s too late!

PRIVATE BOOKING

Whether it’s for team building, a birthday, a batchelorette, or any other special occasions, we offer private classes for up to 36 ppl in our cycle classes and up to 10 ppl in our studio classes. Book a studio and we can help you arrange the rest.
