MiCircles sees the need to script a story that reflects the aspirations and concerns of the citizens whose voice needs to be heard. ‘Local’ is an area where one lives defined by the geographical distance. With growing technology consumption, the definition of ‘Local’ can expand and/or contract based on the user, his location, vocational interests, hobbies, profession, etc. ‘Local’ is now a series of expanding geographic regions, concentric circles termed as ‘MiCircles’.
