The Health Swipe mobile app is a lifestyle intervention application based on the results from e.g. the FINGER study. The motivation is to inspire to a healthy aging and to prevent or at least to as much as possible delay the onset of memory related health issues. In a playful, yet thoughtful way the app lets the user explore information, ideas, questions and challenges that are related to life in general and everyday lifestyle choices in particular governed by five categories: Heart Health, Physical Health, Cognitive Health, Social Health and finally Healthy Diet.
