Rules described in dutch can be found within the game, here are the rules in English:

The first player starts with 2 dices, he decides how many throws each player gets: 1, 2 or 3.

When thrown, the two dices form a number, for example a 6 and 4 become 64 and a 4 and a 1 become 41. When two of the same numbers are thrown the number becomes that number times a hundred (so two 3's equals 300). You start of with a wager of one drink, but this can increase when 21 is thrown, a Mexx. The Sips increase with the power of 2, so: 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, etc. Throwing a Mexx is also the highest score there is. There is one more number, 31 that allows for a sip to be given to a player of their choosing, this however doesn't add to the number of throws the player gets. The player with the lowest score has to drink and can start the next game of Mexx.
