CREATE YOUR OWN EVENTS!

- Simply search for a place – a restaurant, coffee shop, theater – ANYPLACE and bookmark it.

- Create a name and time for the event and invite your followers.

- You will receive an RSVP from the invitees, all within the app.

EVENTS ARE DYNAMIC and created by YOU: THE PEOPLE.

Events are created by ANYONE who has an event on their radar they want to share (a grand opening, or a cool show); or anyone who wants to announce their own event – from a private brunch with grandma to a public notification announcing their “Tequila Mockingbird” house party.

And once the event is over? The event pin is automatically deactivated.

HOW TO DISCOVER YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD

- Create an account.

- Customise your position marker with an avatar.

- Select your category interests.

- Open your map view. Events are designated by colored pins.

- Choose an event (note the time and duration).

- Will the event be a boom or bust? Find out how many Loko-users plan to attend.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN LOKO EVENT

- Choose a category – entertainment, food, academic, activity, or “other” (any kind of happening worth sharing).

- Note the time and expiration for your event.

- You choose the event. List whether it is a PRIVATE event or PUBLIC event.

- After your event is created, invite participants. Once they receive the invite, they will RSVP – all within the app!

- Once the event is completed, the pin will be removed.
